Dear Customer

Further to our previous communication on 13/03/20, I can inform you that we are keeping a constant eye on the current situation and meeting on regular basis in order to assess what protocols are required in order to manage the risks to our customers, staff and the business as a whole. We are adhering to all of the States of Guernsey recommendations including travel , self-isolation etc.

The health and well-being of our staff and customers is our highest priority and as such we have already put the following measures into place as a precaution:-

–        Provided additional PPE and sanitising facilities to our staff
–        Increased cleaning regime throughout
–        Cancelled all previously arranged events
–        Cancellation of all planned visits by suppliers representatives to the Island
–        Cancelled all business travel
–        Restricted our own Sales Team from visiting customers premises
–        Restricted access  into our storage facilities to staff only (This does not include the Trade Counter or Showroom)
–        From next week  a number of our office staff will be working from home

From today we have introduced an express delivery option, in order to reduce the risk of the spread of the virus by offering our customers an up scaled delivery service. In order to do this we have increased our delivery vehicles from one to three so if you would prefer to place your order by telephone(014781 725460) or by email ( , we will pick and pack your order and deliver directly to your site. The additional vehicles will allow us to get your gear to much quicker than normal.

As a further precaution during this period of time, we will no longer be asking our clients to sign for their goods but our staff will be asking your name and signing on your behalf.

As previously reported we have been in contact with our key suppliers and are confident that our supply chain have put the necessary actions into place to ensure that they are able continue to supply us with product without fear of shortages. Indeed we are getting reports from some who are buying component parts from the likes of China, that they are seeing signs of things moving again as the growth of cases begins to decline. We have increased our own stocks where necessary to ensure that we  are able to retain decent stock levels.

We are committed to giving our customers the best service possible even during this potentially difficult time.

We will be putting out a statement on our website and on our Facebook page and we will endeavour to keep you all informed as and when anything changes.

In the meantime stay healthy.

Best regards
