We are delighted that the States of Guernsey have decided to loosen the restrictions on trading and in light of this we will be open for business from Monday, 22nd February for non-essential supplies.
The health and well-being of our staff and customers remains our highest priority, and there have been strict rules imposed on businesses by the States, so please note that whilst we will be back working, it will most certainly will not be business as usual.
The rules imposed by the States. will severely limit the amount of staff that we will be allowed on site, we are anticipating a increase in customers returning to work and requiring materials, so this is inevitably is going to mean that processing of orders will be put under severe pressure, and we ask for your patience during this time, you can be assured that we will be doing our best to process them as quickly as possible. If you are planning to start work on Monday, it would pay to try and pre-empt what you might be needing, any advanced notice would help us immensely.
Social distancing is another key restriction which will mean that we will still be unable to allow customers into the building.. You are able to place your order by telephone(01481 725460) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) , we will pick and pack your order and we will let you know when the goods are ready for collection at a pre-arranged time.
We will have two vehicles on the road for deliveries and will be offering an up scaled delivery service. Due to the restrictions in place during this period of time, we will no longer be asking our clients to sign for their goods but our staff will be asking your name and signing on your behalf. We will not be allowed to take goods into buildings, they shall be left at a pre-arranged place of your choosing.
